If you're unsure about the language or anything else regarding the event, please contact the event organizer for confirmation.
Shiatsu and Mindfulness are holistic approaches which not only interpret health as a lack of disease, but also as a dynamic physical, mental and psychological balance. Although their cultural origins, methodologies and fields of application differ, both trends play a significant role in the modern complementary and integrative health preservation, and in support of stress management and self-regulation.

In Shiatsu consciousness is implicit: through increased perception of the client's body senses and internal reactions, as well as through the meditative presence of the therapist.
